Job Description The Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team of highly skilled engineers in the development and manufacturing of complex products. They will oversee the production process, ensuring that all products meet the required quality standards. Additionally, they will be responsible for driving the Release to Manufacturing process, debugging production issues, and participating in second source qualification exercises. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes, test flows, and new product introduction. They must be able to read and work from schematics and device data sheets, and have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Required Skills & Qualifications Key Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing of high complexity products Drive the Release to Manufacturing process Debug production issues Participate in second source qualification exercises Desirable Skills: Cadence SPB tools experience PLM tools like Arena or Agile experience Linux environment experience Benefits The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a diverse cross-functional environment, where they will be able to develop their skills and knowledge.
