We are looking for a talented EOL Production Supervisor to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Electrolyzer Manufacturing Supervision Department in Guadalajara, Spain.This position operates on a rotational shift schedule. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Drive Operational Excellence: By managing the End Of Line (EOL) team and ensuring all tests (pressure, leak, electrical, software, etc.) are executed accurately, youll directly contribute to delivering high-quality, reliable products.Ensure Timely Deliveries: Your proactive and objective-driven mindset will help maintain production schedules, reduce delays, and meet customer expectations consistently.Uphold Quality and Cost Standards: Youll monitor and enforce adherence to production, quality, and cost benchmarks, ensuring efficient use of resources without compromising standards.Data-Driven Improvements: Through detailed test reports, KPIs, and failure tracking, youll identify trends and root causes, enabling continuous process and product improvements.Promote a Safe and Clean Environment: By enforcing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and maintaining order, youll foster a safe, compliant, and productive workplace.Lead and Develop the Team: Your leadership will guide daily operations, coach team members, and build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and growth.Leverage Technical Expertise: With your background in controls, automation, and pressure testing, youll effectively operate and troubleshoot semi-automatic equipment and control panels.Support Cross-Functional Goals: Your ability to work across departments and use tools like Oracle and advanced Office applications will streamline communication, reporting, and decision-making.Qualifications Education/ Experience: College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.Supervisory experience preferred.An upper-intermediate level of English proficiency (B2) preferred.Responsibilities To be successful in this role you will need the following: Strong Technical and Analytical Skills: A solid foundation in controls, automation, and pressure testing, along with the ability to interpret test data, track KPIs, and analyze failure modes to drive improvements.Effective Leadership and Communication: The ability to lead a production team, provide clear guidance, coach team members, and collaborate cross-functionallywhile communicating effectively in both English and technical terms.Operational Discipline and Proactivity: A proactive mindset focused on meeting deadlines, maintaining high standards in quality, safety, and cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Digital and System Proficiency: Advanced skills in Office tools and familiarity with systems like Oracle to manage reports, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
