Purpose Statement: Key Job Accountabilities: Drive production KPIs at their respective assigned area Manage direct reports (production supervisors) performance and development plan Participate in CFT meetings to work cohesively with other CFT members to drive results of the assigned accounts in terms of delivery and quality Typically is responsible for more complex accounts or products Responsible to exemplify and hold their team accountable to demonstrating the Plexus Core Values.
