Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager ">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead our team of engineers in the design and development of complex emulators for rack-based form factors. ">Job Description: ">The successful candidate will oversee the manufacturing process of high-complexity Cadence Emulation and Prototyping products at partner contract manufacturers. They will drive the release to manufacturing process on new Cadence products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain procedures and process documents for assembling and testing next-generation Cadence products. Debug and resolve production issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity. Identify and report quality issues to management, implementing corrective actions as needed. Analyze production yield and debug metrics, presenting findings and developing knowledge base to inform future improvements. Participate in second-source qualification exercises to enhance quality, reduce costs, or improve supply chain resilience. Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) product plans for next-gen products, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions. Collaborate with Design for Manufacturability (DFM) teams to address manufacturing-oriented design issues. ">Requirements: ">Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 10 years of experience OR Master's degree with at least 7 years of experience OR Ph.D. with at least 5 years of experience. Minimum 10 years of experience in Product/Manufacturing Engineering of high-complexity rack equipment systems. Proven ability to drive collaboration with Contract Manufacturers, manage teams, and work hands-on. Strong technical leadership skills, including management of Product and Test engineers and logistics. Experience with high-speed SerDes interconnect (PCIe or SERDES circuits), liquid-cooled computer systems, or high-density Optical and Network test processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to read and work from schematics and device data sheets. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, MCAD/ECAD, Python, shell scripting, and Linux environment administration tools. ")},
