Product Development Director

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leadership Expert to spearhead our cross-functional team. This critical role involves driving the development and execution of customer-centric projects, fostering strategic partnerships, and delivering high-quality products and services aligned with client expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead teams towards achieving business objectives. In this position, you will oversee the planning, organization, and direction of sales schedules and forecasts, ensuring seamless execution of customer requirements and delivery of projected value to our clients. To be successful, you must be able to maximize account benefits, meet contractual agreements, and manage scope to maintain expected/quoted financial performance while minimizing risk and maximizing opportunity. You will also supervise and monitor all interdepartmental activities, ensuring compliance with commitments made in relation to product development deadlines, delivery, quality, and required business metrics. Requirements for this position include: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field Fluent oral and written English skills Knowledge of previous experience in NPI and Sustaining Experience in electronic manufacturing industry, metal mechanics, or high precision plastic injection Experience in managing CST teams Extensive knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel) Ability to interact and communicate with different levels of the organization
