We are currently seeking a talented Lead Java FullStack with advanced English skills (B2/C1) for a full-time position. What You’ll Do Lead technical direction and mentor cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors. Design and develop secure, high-quality production code using Java Spring and microservices architecture. Architect low-latency, high-throughput enterprise applications. Build cloud-native solutions on AWS and optimize performance at scale. Drive product design decisions and influence technical operations. Develop enterprise-grade UI/UX with Angular or React. Champion firmwide engineering best practices and contributes to a culture of innovation, inclusion, and excellence. What You Bring 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience. Strong foundation in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. Proven expertise in distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and streaming platforms like Kafka. Experience with enterprise APIs, caching solutions (Gemfire, Redis, Hazelcast), and payment processing systems. Leadership experience in mission-critical platforms and agile environments. Bonus Skills Advanced knowledge of distributed coaching. Background in payment systems and protocols.
