We are looking for an Innovation Project Engineer to lead strategic initiatives from ideation through implementation, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance, and excellence in execution. Job Title: Innovation Project Engineer Location: Guadalajara (Col. Providencia). Schedule: Monday to Friday 8.00 am to 5.30 pm. (Hybrid: 3 days in office). Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Preferable: PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certifications. Minimum 2 years in similar roles, including: Managing a portfolio of ~5 cross-functional projects. Projects involving Supply Chain and Logistics. Commercial or product innovation project management. Delivering projects from ideation through handover to operations. Main responsibilities: Manage end-to-end projects: planning, execution, testing, go-live, stabilization, and handover to operations. Build and manage project plans, risk assessments, budgets, issue logs, and all required artifacts. Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Logistics, R&D, Marketing, Quality, Manufacturing, Sales, and more. Communicate project status, critical decisions, and escalations to stakeholders and senior leaders (Director and VP levels). Develop and execute change management plans to ensure adoption. Train and coach less experienced team members in project management practices. Recommend and implement improvements to the EPMO project management methodology. Language Fluent in Spanish and English.
