Advanced Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled On Site Service professional to provide exceptional first-level service support and training to our global network of service partners in Mexico. Main Responsibilities Provide on-site technical assistance to ensure optimal use of products and services. Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for service partners, including classroom trainings, seminars, and interactive courses. Audit the activities and performance of service partners through on-site visits. Install, repair, and maintain UNOX equipment, providing thorough training to customers on its proper use. Conduct detailed reports of issues encountered in the field. Offer timely customer support during field visits or dispatches. Ensure adherence to all company protocols and procedures. Identify root causes of equipment failure and implement solutions. Manage installation, repair, maintenance, and testing tasks on-site. Diagnose technical errors and determine effective solutions. Produce regular, detailed service reports. Requirements Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). Minimum 3 years' experience in food equipment maintenance and training delivery. Proficiency in SAP and Salesforce software (optional). Ability to travel within northern Mexico. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Strong listening, questioning, and problem-solving abilities. Highly organized, with excellent time management and diagnostic skills.
