This role is will have some work-from-home opportunities, as well as onsite visits with a major client in Guadalajara and some travel in LATAM. We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the bridge between our sales, product, and technical teams, working closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend tailored solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and deliver customized product demonstrations. Analyze client business processes and provide strategic recommendations for technology solutions. Design and propose tailored solutions that align with client goals and technical environments. Act as a trusted advisor to clients during pre-sales and early implementation phases. Create technical documentation, proposals, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate with product and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and alignment of proposed solutions. Provide training and support to clients during onboarding and deployment. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a client-facing solutions, pre-sales, or technical consulting role. Professional experience with Linux and VOIP Strong understanding of software platforms, cloud technologies, or enterprise systems. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business terms. Experience with CRM, ERP, SaaS, or custom software solutions is a plus.
