Work modality: Hybrid (Candidate needs to be located or relocate to Querétaro, CDMX, Guadalajara or Monterrey, it will be requested to attend office at least 3 day per week). Qualifications: Advanced knowledge of English 3+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on desktop engineering. Strong understanding of workstation operating systems (Windows, macOS) and security vulnerabilities. Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automating tasks and data analysis. Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/SCCM), Jamf). Main responsibilities: Create and deploy software updates, patches, configuration changes, and other remediation measures to address vulnerabilities. Utilize endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM/SCCM), Jamf) to automate the deployment of remediation measures to workstations. Develop and maintain scripts and tools to automate remediation tasks and improve efficiency.
