Requirements Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or related fields. Desirable certifications in Java, software development, or NICE CXone. Strong experience creating and maintaining scripts in NICE CXone Studio (IVR, routing logic, call flows). Solid knowledge of ACD, IVR, skill-based routing, and omnichannel workflows. Experience integrating CXone with backend systems through REST APIs, event flows, and data actions. Familiarity with Contact Center modules such as WFM, QM, call recording, and reporting. Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot platform issues using logs, monitoring tools, and call tracing utilities. Advanced proficiency in Java with strong OOP and clean code principles. Experience developing RESTful microservices using Spring Boot. API design, versioning, and contract-based development. Unit and integration testing (JUnit, Mockito). Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (GitHub, Jenkins, etc.). Advanced conversational English (C1). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain call flows, IVR, and routing logic in NICE CXone Studio. Integrate the CXone platform with backend systems using REST APIs and event-driven flows. Diagnose and resolve technical incidents within the platform, optimizing performance and user experience. Develop and deploy Java backend microservices, ensuring solution quality, scalability, and maintainability. Lead code reviews, architecture discussions, and promote development best practices. Collaborate closely with product, operations, and support teams to deliver robust, business-aligned solutions. Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, retrospectives) contributing to continuous improvement. Analyze real-time and historical operational metrics to optimize contact flow performance What's in for you?
