Release Manager

• Plan and oversee changes from request submission to closure.• Ensure necessary information for change requests is available for prioritization and planning (e.g., scope, cost, test cases).• Monitor approval and prioritization processes by the business.• Ensure changes meet Global Change Management requirements and are submitted for approval on time.• Monitor communication channels and service management tools to keep information up to date.• Inform business requesters of the status and progress of their changes.• Manage and escalate potential risks during change planning and implementation.• Plan and coordinate releases with the delivery organization and business.• Send timely and accurate service announcements.• Obtain CAB (Change Advisory Board) approval for all changes.• Perform Quality Assurance processes for deployments.• Manage project management tool information for development team time registration.• Focus on internal process improvements for consistent and efficient Release Management and Quality Assurance.Cooperate with other IT teams.Communicate professionally and kindly.Comply with internal regulations, procedures, laws, and manager orders, including labor and remuneration regulations, and intellectual property protection.Exhibit behaviors and attitudes consistent with company values.Education and Skills:1.Bachelor's degree in IT or business.2.General knowledge of IT, Service Management and Release Management3.Fluency in oral and written English (B2 level).4.Understanding and application of ITIL.5.Proficiency in MS Office tools and Atlassian tools
