We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team in Guadalajara, Mexico, where you will lead the On Trade & Convenience (Modern Channel) - Pacific initiative. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for achieving sales and market share objectives, identifying trends, and implementing plans aligned with our company strategy. Your Key Responsibilities Will Include: Develop and execute a Trade Marketing strategy that drives results in Convenience (Modern Channel) & On Trade channels. Cultivate strong relationships with distributors to optimize Route to Market and ensure distribution control. Analyze key operational indicators to inform process improvement plans and drive commercial management excellence. Pursue opportunities in consumer trends, portfolio optimization, service model changes, promotions, margins, and competitor tracking, developing and leading trial platforms to promote the consumer path. Elevate marketing strategy execution by controlling assigned resources to increase initiative results. Achieve financial objectives of the branch through budget preparation, expense scheduling, variance supervision, and corrective action establishment. Contribute to the development of our leadership agenda and communicate work expectations to each employee, balancing potential and experience. Maintain a relationship matrix with key stakeholders and clients, identifying new business opportunities. About You: 3 to 5 years of experience in consumer goods companies in distribution and marketing roles. A degree in administrative careers, marketing, or related fields is required. Advanced Office skills and Power BI proficiency. Exceptional English language proficiency (90%). Experience working with sales information systems.
