Marketing Program Manager

Job Title: Marketing Program Manager Job Type: Contract Location: Remote in Guadalajara Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our team in a leadership capacity. This role requires someone with strong skills in managing marketing programs and campaigns, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Experience: Candidates should have 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in marketing program management or related fields. Key Skills: You should be skilled in marketing program management, meaning you have experience planning, organizing, and executing marketing initiatives from start to finish. Experience as a Marketing Specialist or Marketing Program Specialist is important. This means you have worked in roles where you handled specific marketing projects or overall marketing strategies. Managing a marketing budget is a must. You should know how to allocate funds wisely to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns. Go To Market (GTM) experience is mandatory. This means you have been involved in launching new products or services and know how to develop and execute strategies to successfully bring offerings to market. Role Responsibilities: This is a client-facing leadership role, so you will be expected to work directly with clients and lead marketing projects on their behalf. You should have strong skills in cross-team collaboration, which means you will work with different departments and teams to coordinate marketing efforts smoothly. You will be responsible for ensuring that marketing programs meet client goals and are delivered on time and within budget. Communication: Excellent English speaking and writing skills are essential. You will often communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders, so clear and professional communication is a must. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
