Job Title: Recruitment Coordinator We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial candidate screening to onboarding. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition experience at a large organization. Handling teams and providing exceptional support to ensure seamless recruitment operations. Experience working extensively with Business Process Systems (BPS) and massive recruitment is a must. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and candidates. Ability to manage high volumes of requirements and maintain accurate records. Excellent stakeholder and customer management skills, ensuring timely and effective communication. Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to new processes and procedures. Able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication channels.
