Expert HR Generalist

This includes managing high numbers of requirements, maintaining open communication with stakeholders, and ensuring maximum utilization of candidates. Requirements: HRBP experience at a large organization. Availability to work in Guadalajara. Experience working with IT & BPS requirements. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. Able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Able to work as part of a team and maintain open communication. Make sure to adapt quickly to a fast-paced company and new processes. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
