Job Overview We are seeking a skilled Content Specialist to enhance our customer-facing content. Improve clarity, tone, and usability of support articles, FAQs, onboarding materials, and chatbot scripts. Add structure, visuals, and formatting to make content scannable and helpful. Develop metadata, tagging, and taxonomy strategies to improve discoverability. Audit and maintain content quality across platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including CX designers, support teams, and product managers. Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Digital Media, English, UX Writing, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working with customer-facing content in digital platforms, support centers, or service organizations. Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., Zendesk Guide, Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress), and content editing platforms. Familiarity with SEO, accessibility (WCAG), and usability best practices. Experience with customer support data (search terms, ticket drivers, article deflection) is highly desirable.
