Career Opportunity - Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and organized Recruitment Specialist to join our team. As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from intake to onboarding. This role focuses on recruiting top talent for various roles in the US. You will work closely with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently, providing strategic guidance and owning the candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to fully understand role expectations, qualifications, and urgency. Manage the recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer extension, and onboarding support. Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process. Maintain and update recruiting trackers daily; provide weekly reports and updates. Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process. Support requisition creation, job postings, and accurate reflection of organizational structures. Propose improvements to outreach, intake, and process efficiency based on recruiting data and best practices. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in recruitment (junior to mid-level preferred). Proven experience recruiting for US-based roles, ideally within hospitality or similar industries. Strong customer service and communication skills to work effectively with hiring managers and candidates. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities. Proactive and self-starter, able to work independently in a remote environment. Experience with ATS platforms. Fluent in English (written and verbal).
