Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire payroll process for a Mexico-based organization with approximately 2,300 employees. Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll inputs and novelties. Manage voluntary and involuntary terminations, including day-to-day communication with the offshore team. Verify compliance with all statutory regulations, such as income tax by salaries, local tax, social security, and FONACOT. Conduct bimonthly reconciliations between payroll and local books. Support with pantry bonds processing, Christmas bonus, saving fund annual distribution, and PTU (profit sharing). Develop and contribute to local procedures and controls. Assist with internal and external audits when required. Required Skills and Qualifications: Essential Requirements: English fluency for effective communication with the offshore team. Proven experience in payroll processing and management. Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, tax rules, and compliance obligations. Experience with SAP systems. Leadership or mentoring experience.
