HR Coordinator & Payment Support Guadalajara – On-Site Only (No remote or hybrid) We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional to join our team in Guadalajara. This is a full-time, in-office position. At first, you will support HR tasks and help by calling clients with bounced payments. Over time, as you get to know our firm and build trust, this role will grow into a full-time HR position. Pay and Benefits: Monthly take-home salary: 17,000 pesos ·       Full benefits provided ·       Growth into full HR role Key Responsibilities: Human Resources (part-time at first) Help with new employee onboarding. Keep track of vacation and time-off requests. Assist with scheduling interviews and organizing candidate information. Maintain HR files and records. Payment Support (part-time at first) ·       Call clients about bounced payments and update records ·       Provide clear, professional communication Qualifications: Previous HR experience or education Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Bilingual (English/Spanish). Organized, reliable, and able to manage different tasks. Comfortable learning new responsibilities. Growth Opportunity: This position is designed to grow with you. Over time, as HR tasks increase and you gain more experience, you will move into a full-time HR role.
