We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedPayroll Specialistto join our growing client team at MezTal in Guadalajara. This role will focus on managingU.S. payrollacross multiple entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in every cycle. You will play a key part in supporting over1,100 employees across 18 entities , handling both weekly and biweekly payroll. This is a great opportunity for young professionals with2–3 years of U.S. payroll experiencewho are eager to grow their careers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Main ResponsibilitiesProcessbiweekly and weekly payrollfor all U.S. entities. Handle payroll-related activities, includingbonuses, commissions, terminations, off-cycle payments, and reporting . Manage401K contributions and child support payments . Oversee payroll for18 entities and approximately 1,100 employees . Ensure payroll compliance with U.S. regulations and company policies. Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and leaders to resolve payroll inquiries.Requirements Qualifications & Skills2–3 years of experience in U.S. payroll(required). Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles. Process-oriented and compliance-driven , with strong attention to detail. Excellentcustomer service skillsto interact with employees, vendors, and stakeholders. Strongwritten communication skills ; adaptable and receptive to feedback. Tech savvy , quick learner, and comfortable working with new systems. Bilingual proficiency inEnglish and Spanish .Tools & SystemsExperience with payroll/HR systems (knowledge ofUKGis a plus, but not required). Proficient inExcel, Smartsheet, and Microsoft SharePoint .
