Position Summary The Recruitment Manager will lead and execute cross-border recruitment strategies for our client throughout North America including Mexico, the United States and Canada. This role is pivotal in ensuring high-volume, timely, and quality recruitment and talent acquisition aligned with the company’s growth trajectory. The position requires proven experience in both the Mexican and the U.S. labor markets, bilingual fluency, and expertise in leading large recruitment teams and processes. Key Responsibilities Design and implement strategies to reduce attrition and improve employee retention across high-volume hiring operations Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to support growth in both Mexico and the U.S. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters (including senior recruiters and junior team members). Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for high-volume roles. Collaborate with business leaders to forecast workforce needs and design effective recruiting campaigns. Ensure compliance with Mexican and U.S. labor legislation and recruitment best practices. Leverage social media, job boards, professional networks, and partnerships to build candidate pipelines. Represent the company at job fairs, networking events, and employer branding initiatives. Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention. Support recruitment efforts across multiple sites, including Guadalajara, Mexico City, and U.S. operations. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in reducing attrition rates through targeted recruitment and retention initiatives. Experienced in designing recruitment strategies that reduce attrition and improve retention. Full life cycle recruitment expertise for massive recruitment. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ yrs in a Supervision, Leading, or Manager role within the BPO, Call Center, or similar high-volume hiring industries. Proven experience in recruitment across Mexico and ideally in the United States. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong leadership and business acumen with the ability to partner with leadership teams on talent strategies. Experience mentoring, coaching, and developing recruitment teams.
