Recruitment Specialist Luxofters work together to build effective teams and develop talented workers. We're looking for someone who can assist the recruitment team in identifying suitable candidates for various roles across the business, from entry-level positions to senior-level positions. Key responsibilities include building strong relationships with recruiters and utilizing social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success. Additionally, we need someone to track recruitment progress in conjunction with our recruiters and perform general recruitment administration tasks. Requirements: Relevant experience in recruitment is a must-have for this role. While not essential, having IT recruitment experience would be beneficial. Proficiency in English (B2 Upper Intermediate) is also required for this position.
