Lead Outdoor Events Specialist

Commercial Village Manager We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Village Manager to oversee the planning, integration, execution, and delivery of temporary outdoor hospitality spaces and activations. Key Responsibilities: Oversight of day-to-day operations within commercial villages, ensuring timelines, safety standards, and quality requirements are met Maintenance of detailed minute-by-minute production schedules for activations, installations, and operations Primary point of contact for all commercial village work products at assigned venues The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operations and/or production management for large-scale outdoor events, festivals, or touring shows. They will possess a strong track record of managing multiple vendors, activations, and hospitality spaces in complex environments, as well as experience coordinating cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
