About the Role We are seeking a skilled Diabetes Care Specialist to provide best-in-class clinically focused customer education and support via phone. The successful candidate will assist customers at all points of their journey, including onboarding, troubleshooting, and retention for our portfolio of products. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who have experience working with customers in a healthcare setting, particularly those with diabetes. Key Responsibilities: Providing comprehensive customer education and training on our products and services. Assisting customers with product-related issues and concerns via phone. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences. Requirements Degree in a related field (e.g. nursing, health education, public health). Minimum 2 years of experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably with a focus on diabetes care. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
