The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for healthcare innovation. About the roleClinical Support Collaborate with the Clinical department and hospital research teams during and after procedures.Ensure accurate data collection, including adverse event reporting and source documentation.Manage investigational device inventory, logistics, and compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.Coordinate product returns and communication between internal and external stakeholders. Education & Training Support the development of training plans and materials, including hands-on simulations and procedural models.Educate physicians, hospital personnel, and staff on technical aspects of company products.Conduct and coordinate training sessions, in-service programs, and symposiums.Empower hospital staff to deliver internal training. Sales & Strategy Partner with the Territory Manager to define and execute physician-level business strategies.Demonstrate mastery of sales tools and competitive insights.Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.Provide in-person support in operating rooms during urology surgeries and patient follow-ups.Show interest in market analysis, sales, and marketing initiatives.Apply strong analytical, planning, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.Execute key account and territory sales plans to meet quotas and expand customer base in both public and private hospitals.Coordinate with internal teams (Customer Service, Operations, Marketing, Finance) to resolve customer needs. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Medicine, Biomechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.3–5 years of professional experience, ideally in sales or clinical environments.Candidates from other academic backgrounds are welcome if they meet the role’s core requirements.Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Location & Travel Based in Guadalajara, with responsibilities across Jalisco, Michoacán, and Nayarit.Willingness to travel 40%–50% of the time.
