Job Title: Customer Service Representative ">The role of a Care Specialist is to provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Understand policies and procedures and communicate them professionally to customers. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Listen to customers' concerns, maintain a positive attitude, and respond calmly to their complaints, issues, and questions. Resolve customers' concerns and answer their questions to the best of your ability. Manage stressful situations in customer service and provide excellent support to our clients. Person Specification: ">Minimum High school Diploma is required for this role. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience is necessary. Advanced proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with customers. Available for full-time work.
