Healthcare Specialist Role in Immunology We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to join our team as a Healthcare Specialist. This role will be responsible for cultivating strong collaborative ties with key healthcare professionals, ensuring the right therapeutic solutions are matched with the right patients at the right time. Job Description: The primary focus of this role is to create value by engaging with healthcare professionals and local payers. The successful candidate will establish networks of essential stakeholders within the local ecosystem and customize tools to have an impact on healthcare professionals based on their individual preferences. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Advanced English language skills (preferred) 3-5 years of experience in Pharmaceutical High Specialty Sales Deep knowledge of Mexican Government Institution processes (Control Tower-IMSS, PEPMAE-ISSSTE, and Specific Patient Process preferred) Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main contact point for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and local insurance providers Coordinate stakeholder management within each ecosystem as part of a multidisciplinary team Establish networks of essential stakeholders within the local ecosystem when relevant Through robust business relationships with HCPs and payers and a deep understanding of UCB solutions, ensures the right therapeutic solutions are matched with the right patients at the right time About the Role: This role requires a strong communicator and negotiator who can build excellent interpersonal relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
