There are a few must-haves**:- Advanced English Fluency to engage with U.S. customers and read, write, and understand technical documentation.- Proven experience of at least 1 year in Tech Support or Help Desk roles.- Curiosity about technology. If you’ve ever clicked 20 links deep in a wiki article and come out an engineering expert, let’s chat.- Knowledge and ability to navigate Windows, iOS, Android and cloud services (iCloud, Google Drive, OneDrive).- Basic understanding of home internet and networking is highly beneficial - general setup, troubleshooting, and terminology such as WiFi and LAN.- Qualified applicants will have a mix of experience or education in technical or help desk support, computer sciences, customer services or other relevant knowledge.- Monthly Base Salary: MXN $33,000- Monthly Grocery voucher MXN $2,918- Monthly Restaurant voucher MXN $1,912- Medical and Life Insurance- Saving Fund- 50% discount on five lines of AT&T Wireless service.- Vacation days, plus three personal days, life insurance, onsite medical and more.- Paid starting from your first day of training, including benefits.Our center operates from 8:00 am to 8 pm CST Monday to Sunday, (considering Daylight Saving Time) requiring flexibility in scheduling. In order to be considered for remote work accommodations you must have a suitable space to work and reliable and high-speed internet connection (at least 40mbps wired connection).Since Day 1 you will have a hybrid week, where you will be required to be trained/work at the office and your home.5 working days + 2 resting days. Days off assigned based on business needs and performance**When will training take place?**If hired, you´ll first attend a mandatory training class (fully paid) that may include time spent training at the office and at home.
