Technical Installation Specialist

Job Title: Technical Installation Specialist About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Technical Installation Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for installing, configuring, and implementing Parking and People Access Systems in line with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and experience working with HW and SW systems. They will be responsible for delivering high-quality installations, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment. They will also have strong problem-solving skills and be able to troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Installations: Install, configure, and implement Parking and People Access Systems in line with industry standards. Maintenance: Deliver preventive and corrective maintenance for installed systems. Customer Support: Provide 1st & 2nd level customer support via hotline, on-site, or remote as part of on-duty operations. Training: Conduct customer training for key users. Analysis: Analyze customer needs for modernization or extensions and define optimal solutions. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Systems Engineering, or a related technical field. Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical service roles, preferably within automation, electrical systems, access control, or CCTV. Skills: Proven expertise in IT and network systems, software deployment, and hotline support. Benefits: Travel: Willingness to travel up to 75%. Availability: Availability for on-duty services in sectors such as Car Access, Mountain, and Events.
