You’ll develop and manage carrier relationships, secure coverage for freight, and negotiate rates while delivering superior service to our clients.What You'll Be DoingBuild and maintain strong relationships with carriers via phone and email Source and secure capacity for domestic freight movements Negotiate competitive rates aligned with market conditions Communicate effectively with dispatchers and drivers Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure service excellence Occasionally meet with carriers in person to strengthen partnerships What We're Looking ForBilingualEnglish & Spanish 1+ year experiencein logistics or transportation College degree preferred Strong negotiation and communication skills Sales-oriented mindset and relationship-builder Organized, driven, and self-motivated Positive and solution-focused attitude What We OfferCareer growth in a fast-paced, global industry Comprehensive training and mentorship Dynamic team and can-do culture Meal vouchers Full-time schedule:Monday to Friday | 8am – 5pm Ready to make an impact in logistics?
