MAIN PURPOSE The Boutique Manager is responsible for managing a sales team and executing operational and administrative tasks within a Montblanc Boutique. This role involves maintaining luxury brand standards, delivering excellent customer service, ensuring product knowledge, compliance, personal presentation, and teamwork. The Boutique Manager oversees all retail operations and leads the sales team. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Sales and Compliance Manage the Boutique Plan to achieve positive results and development. Meet monthly sales targets and drive growth. Identify opportunities and execute weekly and monthly sales plans. Conduct daily team briefings to meet sales objectives. Ensure accurate reporting of sales, stock, and CRM data. Assist on the sales floor as needed, coaching the team, welcoming clients, presenting collections, and escorting clients. Analyze retail KPIs (UPT, AUP, AVB, conversion rate), identify opportunities, and develop action plans. Monitor audit results, Net Promoter Score, and mystery shopper feedback. Handle bank deposits, cash registers, and reconciliations. Ensure secure and accurate cash register operations. Order supplies promptly. Maintain high standards of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. Monitor customer types and product categories to optimize sell-through. Analyze sales and stock to maintain ideal inventory levels. Manage inventory through SOVIA, report, and control stock levels. Oversee product inventory, address shortages, and manage stock with a business perspective. Coordinate with Marketing for activations, events, and campaigns. Manage profits, petty cash, and compliance with money laundering regulations. Collaborate with ROM to follow boutique plans and operational processes. Customer Experience / Customer Relationships Establish and maintain strong client relationships. Provide high-level customer service and ensure team commitment to service excellence. Supervise professional communication with clients, including text messages. Maintain records of repairs and communicate repair status to clients. Protect client data and ensure confidentiality. Prospect new clients and follow CRM objectives. Support team in closing high-value sales. Reporting Prepare daily sales objectives and communicate to the team. Monitor KPIs and share results to inform strategic planning. Provide weekly sales analysis and develop action plans. Share best practices during team meetings. Trainings Communicate, train, and coach the team. Develop sales associates into HTI ambassadors. Train on retail signature ceremonies and clientelling practices. Engage and inspire customers. Follow up through MeApp, e-learning, and team training sessions. Team Spirit Recruit, develop, and coach the boutique team. Ensure clear communication of brand and boutique objectives. Set individual and store objectives for coaching and development. Identify and hire talent to elevate the business. Motivate the team and foster a positive work environment.
