Pricing Strategist

Role Summary We are seeking a Pricing & Data Analysis Specialist to join our dynamic global team. This is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional to shape global pricing strategies, optimize product lifecycle processes, and build powerful Business Intelligence tools that empower our product and sales teams worldwide. Key Responsibilities: Develop and lead robust global pricing strategies in close partnership with Product Management and Sales teams. Manage pricing operations end-to-end: regional price lists, annual reviews, and special pricing requests. Analyze profitability trends and provide actionable insights. Be the subject matter expert for product registration systems and champion process improvements. Design and deliver training materials for pricing and lifecycle management. Oversee product discontinuation and End-of-Life (EOL) processes. Build intuitive dashboards and reports to visualize product performance and support decision-making. Support Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) through forecasting and pipeline analysis. Collaborate with global BI teams to align best practices and streamline reporting. About You We're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in data analysis, pricing, product management, or sales operations. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Computer Science, or a similar field is required. MBA is a plus. If you have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with Salesforce, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Microsoft Office, we want to hear from you. Desirable Skills: Experience in robotics or industrial automation. Familiarity with B2B sales models and subscription-based industrial software pricing.
