Nos complace anunciar una nueva oportunidad de empleo en nuestra red de Hoteles.Buscamos Marketplace Manager apasionado, con experiência y habilidades de liderazgo sólidas** para ir a trabajar a USA con visado TN**(nosotros te guiamos en el proceso del visado).**3 different locations**: Marathon, FL**Salary/Wage** $70k USD annually**Position Overview**The Marketplace Manager supports the Marketplace Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store and for the food & beverage (F&B) operations within the Marketplace at the hotel. This role ensures a high level of guest service, operational excellence, team leadership, inventory control, and visual merchandising. The Marketplace Assistant Manager plays a key role in enhancing guest experience and maximizing profitability across both retail and F&B operations.**Responsibilities**Assist the Marketplace Director in achieving sales and service goals.- Oversee daily operations of both the retail store and the F&B segment of the Marketplace.- Deliver exceptional guest service, responding quickly and effectively to customer needs or concerns.- Supervise and coach Marketplace team members to maintain high performance and morale.- Support scheduling and labor management to ensure adequate coverage in both areas.- Ensure all F&B offerings are stocked, presented properly, and handled in compliance with safety and sanitation standards.- Monitor product quality, freshness, and expiration dates in the Marketplace F&B section.- Open and close store and Marketplace operations, handling cash reconciliation and deposits.- Assist in receiving, tagging, restocking, and organizing merchandise and F&B inventory.- Maintain accurate inventory controls for both retail and Marketplace F&B items.- Uphold cleanliness and organization throughout the retail and Marketplace spaces.- Enforce and adhere to all company policies and procedures.**Qualifications**:- 2+ years of experience in a housekeeping management or supervisory role.- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Experience with housekeeping software and inventory management systems.- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.- Bilingual in English and Spanish**Work Environment**:- Fast-paced hospitality environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.- Requires standing for long periods and occasional lifting.- Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.- Health, dental, and vision insurance.- Paid time off and employee discounts.- Career growth opportunities within the company.**Housing type**Send your CV through this medium and take the first step towards a new and exciting stage in your professional career.
