Manage and coordinate all operational issues with customer care representative assigned to the territory and/or account Make sales presentation to direct accounts or accounts of brokers, distributors or other sales reps working in the territory Gather data regarding competition and market intelligence Promoting the highest quality image of ROHA with co-workers, customers, vendors and the community.
