**Job Title:** Sales Representative About This Role We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a sales representative. The ideal candidate will excel at creating and closing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Meet and Exceed Sales Targets : Develop and implement effective strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Create Business from New and Existing Accounts : Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, while nurturing relationships with existing customers. Manage Complex Negotiations : Utilize expertise to negotiate and close deals with senior-level executives. Build Relationships : Establish long-term relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and support. Requirements Sales Experience : 2-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a similar role. CRM Systems : Experience working with CRM systems and ability to leverage technology to drive sales performance. Track Record : Demonstrable track record of over-achieving sales quotas. Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues. International Travel : Ability to travel internationally on a regular basis for business purposes.
