Winters Instruments - Regional Sales Manager – Mexico & Central America Location: Remote (based in Mexico City, Monterrey, or Guadalajara) Division: Winters U.S. Division – Winters Instruments Reports To: Ryan Day, Senior Vice President About Winters Instruments Winters Instruments is a global leader in industrial instrumentation, known for our commitment to quality, reliability, and exceptional service. The Opportunity We're looking for a dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across Mexico and Central America. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing new business, strengthening distributor relationships, and driving growth across the region. You'll collaborate closely with our inside sales, operations, and technical teams to support the full sales cycle and deliver results. What You'll Do Drive new business development and maximize growth with current accounts Manage and support distributor partners, OEMs, and key end users Analyze customer needs, product applications, and industry trends Prepare quotes and negotiate pricing and commercial terms Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and CRM activity (Spiro/Salesforce) Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Attend local trade shows, customer visits, and industry events Provide regular reporting, forecasts, and market insights Support the rollout of pricing strategies and regional sales initiatives What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field 5+ years of B2B industrial sales experience in Mexico or Central America Proven success managing a territory and driving sales growth Experience in instrumentation, automation, or related industrial markets preferred Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Strong self-starter able to thrive in a remote, independent environment Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission/bonus structure Company vehicle or allowance Health benefits and paid vacation Career growth in a global organization committed to excellence Travel Requirements 30%–50% travel across Mexico and Central America Occasional travel to the U.S. and Canada for meetings and training How to Apply Submit your resume and cover letter (in English) detailing your experience and why you're a great fit for this role
