STAND 8 provides end to end IT solutions to enterprise partners across the United States and with offices in Los Angeles, New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, and more including internationally in Mexico and India.We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Account Manager (Spanish/English) with a strong background in web development and digital project management. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building client relationships, communicating technical concepts clearly, and managing web development projects from start to finish. You'll serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure project success, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communication in both Spanish and English. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of web development projects in collaboration with internal technical and creative teams. Translate technical concepts into clear business language for clients and stakeholders. Ensure that projects stay on track in terms of timeline, scope, and budget. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering value and solutions that meet their needs. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or expand client services based on evolving needs. Facilitate meetings, provide regular updates, and gather client feedback throughout project lifecycles. Ensure smooth collaboration between client, design, and development teams. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a web development agency or tech-focused environment. Strong understanding of web development technologies, processes, and terminology. Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders. Proven success in managing multiple web projects simultaneously with attention to detail and deadlines. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
