What You’ll Be SellingUtility Profit partners with property managers, offering them an effortless way to increase their revenue while improving their tenants’ move-in experience. Here’s how: Revenue Sharing Model– Property managers earn extra income when their tenants activate services through our platform. Operational Efficiency– We handle the utility setup process, saving property managers time and hassle. No Upfront Costs– Our service iscompletely freefor property management companies, making it an easy sell! What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day)Making75+ calls per dayto property management companies to introduce Utility Profit.Booking product demo calls with decision-makers.Engaging prospects through calls, emails, and texts.Keeping detailed notes and updates inHubSpot CRM.Learning and mastering sales techniques that will set you up for long-term success.What We’re Looking ForEnergetic & Likable– You bring the good vibes and know how to build rapport fast.
