Inside sales support specialist

We’re hiring! Inside Sales Support Specialist – Guadalajara, Jal. (Hybrid) Join our team at OMRON México (OAA) and help us drive commercial excellence from the inside! We’re looking for an Inside Sales Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to key B2B customers, helping to grow sales and ensure operational efficiency. This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering value through internal sales support. Key Responsibilities: Assist with building a sales funnel generating opportunities by phone/email with select Target Accounts For select Target Accounts, remove obstacles, clarify conflicting information, and identify alternatives for parts not readily available. Proactive support of forecast, blankets, and backlog. Act as the initial point of contact for end-of-life guidance to focus customers. Assist with quotation coordination and follow-up Develop and maintain rapport with the Omron Sales team and assigned customers. Identify and present new ideas for improved processes and procedures. Plans and completes assignments within customer expectations/deadlines. Prioritize and handle multiple work assignments across multiple customers (20-40) Interact with Direct Customers, Sales, Customer Care, Supply Chain Management, and Finance. Initiate new customer setup in JD Edwards ERP system Provide support activities in the Supplier Portals for designated customers Facilitate completion of customer new supplier set up process Facilitate completion of customer Supplier Questionnaires Continually keeping up with competing products and technologies. What we’re looking for: Bachelor’s degree 3–5 years of B2B customer support experience (or 2+ years at Omron with JDE/CRM) Advanced English (B2 or higher) Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or automation is a plus Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco Modality: Hybrid Interested?
