Our team of professionals is driven by the purpose of providing best in class value-adding services to our partners by leveraging our empowered teams, innovative solutions, and technologies.Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for Customer Support Specialists to work and develop in the online retail area.Key ResponsibilitiesExecuteSquadCLUB / SCHOOL Member Launch: Implement launch plans, including uniform consultation and full store setup. Submit graphic design requests, create SquadGear designs, host product demos, and deliver high-level customer support throughout the process.Account Management:Maintain regular, proactive outreach to assigned accounts to prepare for upcoming seasons, review account activity, and ensure alignment on future needs. Monitor account health and ensure timely follow-ups that support retention, satisfaction, and successful delivery against key event dates.Relationship Building : Develop strong, trust-based relationships with admins to position yourself as a go-to resource and foster long-term engagement and loyalty.SalesSupport: Manage bulk orders, product setup, and ongoing support tasks to ensure smooth execution across all sales owned accounts.Timely & Professional Communication:Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, ensuring quick, accurate, and solution-oriented support across all channels.IdentifyGrowth Opportunities: Proactively identify upsell opportunities through ongoing account engagement, supporting retention and long-term customer success.Collect and relay feedback:Collect and relay customer feedback and recurring themes to Product and Leadership teams to support continuous improvement and service enhancements.CRM & Data Management : Maintain accurate customer records and account activity in the CRM to support reliable reporting, forecasting, and team alignment .Qualifications2+ years in sales support or customer service roles.Proficient in CRM software to manage customer interactions.Ability to build rapport with clients, identify needs, and foster relationships to drive growth.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.Familiarity with the sports industry is preferred.
