Drive business growth as a key sales professional, collaborating closely with executives to develop and execute strategic plans. You will identify new opportunities and strengthen relationships with clients across the Americas Region. This fast-paced role demands strong communication skills and operational experience in Freight Forwarding. As an ambassador for our organization, you will promote positive behaviors, ensuring high levels of safety and adhering to our Code of Conduct and Ethics policies. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales executives to create and implement sales strategies, leveraging prospecting, lead generation, and account management techniques Deliver exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, while maintaining regular communication with clients Prepare accurate quotations, ensuring alignment with our pricing and service standards, and monitor shipments for timely delivery Manage customer records, sales reports, and documentation using our CRM system, and address any sales-related issues or discrepancies in a timely manner Requirements: Proven knowledge of Freight Forwarding operations and processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
