Lead Product Designer Requirements Gather, interpret, and evaluate information to understand complex product challenges and make informed, strategic design decisions. Engage and facilitate clients or internal teams in a user-centered design process to uncover and validate user needs. Communicate design concepts and narratives clearly, effectively centering conversations around the end user. Respond and adapt creatively to shifting trends, evolving user behaviors, and changing product requirements. Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams (product managers, engineers, researchers, and other designers) to co-create and deliver impactful, end-to-end design solutions. Develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide product development. Use data, research insights, and usability testing to iterate and refine designs. Help shape and contribute to the evolution of our design system for consistency and scalability across products. Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or interaction design roles. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, UX/Interaction Design, Computer Graphics, Art & Design, or a related field – or a strong, demonstrable portfolio of design work. Proven ability to lead design initiatives and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Expertise in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD , or similar. Strong grasp of responsive design principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design methodologies. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Why Join Us?
