The client is an International Healthcare Services provider and is looking to hire Full Time Doctors with team management experience for their team at Guadalajara, Mexico. Working Hours : 7am to 4pm Working Days : Monday - Friday Education : Doctorate in Medicine. Description : Lead up to 15 team members, manage and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure regular adherence to productive levels/ SLAs/ quality/ TAT, manage generation and drive employee engagement within team members Competencies, skills, and other requisites: • Leadership: Demonstrates strong leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and motivate a remote team, manage conflict, and drive performance. • Communication: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to team members, clients, and senior management. • Analytical Thinking: Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve operational performance and team outcomes. • Time Management: Highly effective in managing time, prioritizing tasks, and ensuring that deadlines are consistently met in a fast-paced environment. • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to prevent disruptions in service delivery or compliance. • Team Development: Experienced in coaching, mentoring, and developing team members, with a focus on building a high-performance team capable of meeting challenging goals. • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in revenue cycle software, healthcare systems, and virtual collaboration tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes. • Compliant: Awareness and adherence to organizational policies (Information security, HIPAA, HR etc.) Academic and professional background: •Medical Doctor (Mexico or other foreign region): A candidate with a Medical Degree (MD) from a recognized university, with a minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. OR •Registered Nurse (Global): A candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. •Preferred 2 years of experience in utilization review, CDI, clinical denials and appeals or physician advisory services with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing remote teams in a healthcare or BPO environment. •Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, including CMS guidelines, and experience in ensuring compliance with these standards. •Experience with revenue cycle software and tools, as well as proficiency in data analysis and reporting. •Certification in Case Management (CCM), Utilization Review (URAC), CDI or a related field is highly desirable.
