Job Description We are looking for a junior-level Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our growing Quality Engineering team, ensuring the quality and reliability of our cloud-based SaaS platform. You’ll work closely with developers, QE engineers, and product managers to write and execute test cases, build automation scripts, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our testing infrastructure. We are looking for an individual who’s passionate about quality, automation, and learning modern testing practices in a fast-paced Agile environment. Job Responsibilities Familiarity with at least one of these languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, etc...) Some experience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Appium, TestNG, etc. Write and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, UI, and backend services Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps Participate in code reviews and contribute to test coverage discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure testability of new features Analyze failures, debug issues, and contribute to resolution Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline. Up to 2 years of professional or academic experience in software testing or development. Work with tools such as Selenium, Playwright, K6, Postman, or similar. Strong attention to detail and a passion for learning. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based development.
