Customer Service Representative (Entry-Level) Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Interview: Face-to-Face at Infosys Office Role Overview: We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives . This is a junior-level role ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of experience in customer support or helpdesk functions. Freshers with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner. Provide accurate information and resolve issues effectively. Maintain records of customer interactions and follow up as needed. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience: 0–2 years in customer service, technical support, or helpdesk roles. Communication: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with support tools. Additional Details: Location: Guadalajara, Mexico Interview: Candidate must be available for in-person interview at Infosys office on 24 & 25th Nov (Monday, Tuesday) . Employment Type: Full-time
