Tax Analyst

Objetive: This position assists the company with the VAT refund application process, which can extend over several months. In the last VAT refund process, the tax team worked with 6,808 documents in a single month to comply with the tax authority's reporting requirements. We will implement a project to expedite the submission of VAT refund applications for balances generated between 2018 and 2021 at GySALF. Activities: 1. Collaborate in preparing the response document for the tax authority. 2. Gather documents from all areas of the company. 3. Work with external providers to integrate the information requested by the tax authority. 4. Work with internal areas of the company to integrate the information requested by the tax authority. Requirements: Skills: • Knowledge of tax regulations and Accounting • Knowledge of excel and tax calculations • Ability to analyze and interpret tax regulations • Reports creation/generation • Good problem resolution skills Languages: • Basic English knowledge Experience: • 1+ years of tax compliance experience, in a wide range of tasks related to taxes Education: • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
