Change Management Consultant Are you an experienced, passionate pioneer in technology? A Change Management Consultant builder who wants to work in a collaborative environment? As an experienced Change Management Consultant, you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. The Americas Delivery Mexico leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is in Queretaro, Monterrey and Guadalajara. We provide consulting services to help our clients achieve a higher level of service in operational efficiency and business value. Responsibilities Strategic Planning and Development: Implement strategic communication plans that align with the organization's goals Collaborate to identify communication needs and objectives Contribute to the development of the organization's brand and voice Designing Communication Materials: Design a variety of communication materials, such as newsletters, press releases, internal communication, social media posts, and presentations Ensure materials effectively communicate the intended message and adhere to brand guidelines. Managing Communication Delivery: Oversee the delivery of communication materials across various channels, ensuring messages reach the intended audience Manage email campaigns, social media platforms, and other communication channels Evaluating Communication Efforts: Evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and materials using relevant metrics Use insights gathered from evaluations to refine and improve communication efforts Team Leadership and Management: Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure cohesive communication Staying Updated with Communication Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in communication Incorporate new insights into the organization's communication strategy Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, or psychology, in Communications, Marketing, Business; or equivalent experience. 3+ years of hands-on/applied experience in the areas above Background in Digital communication tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials Proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders Ability to work under pressure and manage crises Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws Adaptability and openness to continuous learning Advanced English Preferred: Master’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; or equivalent experience +3 years of experience in industry or consulting in communication and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space Familiarity with ERP systems e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP Our people and culture Our diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
