Senior Financial Analyst

Senior Financial Analyst – Mexico to U.S. Relocation An international organization with operations across the U.S. and LATAM is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join its corporate finance team. The role starts in Mexico with the intention of transitioning the selected candidate to a full-time position in the United States in the near term. Key responsibilities include: Leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes across regions Preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models Conducting detailed performance and variance analysis Building executive-level dashboards and reporting tools Supporting cost-efficiency, pricing, and profitability initiatives Presenting actionable insights to senior leadership Driving improvements in financial systems and reporting processes Participating in high-impact projects and mentoring junior team members Ideal candidate profile: 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related functions Advanced skills in Excel (modeling, dashboards, scenario planning) Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial consolidation Familiarity with ERP and financial planning systems (e.g., Oracle NetSuite) Strong business acumen and communication skills Willingness and availability to relocate to the U.S. Advanced English is required Initial Location: Mexico City or surrounding area – Hybrid format
