Organizational Change Management Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) Are you passionate about communicating clear ideas to large audiences, during major shifts for a corporation? As an OCM Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects without the extensive demands of travel. Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX) leverages scale and talent to provide high quality, cost-effective service to our clients. ADMX is a member of the Global Delivery Network which has presence across the world with Delivery centers in the United States, Romania, India, Spain, China, and the Philippines. ADMX is located in Queretaro, Mexico, with smaller offices in Monterrey and Guadalajara. ADMX provides Consulting services to help our clients streamline their operational efficiency and increase business value. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities As a Consultant at Deloitte, you will work within an engagement team and be responsible for supporting the overall project goals and objectives. In this role, you will interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. It is expected that you will be able to perform independent tasks as well as provide technical guidance to team members, as needed. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with Change Management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business processes. You will do this by performing the following activities: •Support creation and delivery of change or communication materials per the overall project timeline, while employing research and analytical thinking •Learn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideas to their teams and clients •Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while exercising judgement and managing ambiguity •Execute ideas and concepts effectively under pressure with tight deadlines The Team Our Human Capital practice is at the forefront of transforming the nature of work. Qualifications Required •3-5+ years of consulting and/or industry experience •Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry •Can both support and independently own project tasks or sub-workstreams •Advanced English level •Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) •Background in digital communication tools •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials •Proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, video creation software, or design software •Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness •Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders •Ability to work under pressure and manage crises •Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws •Adaptability and openness to continuous learning Preferred •Master’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, or psychology; or equivalent experience •5-8 years in industry or consulting focused on communication and development, organization design, change management, and/or digital and cloud solutions •Basic exposure to Project Management (PMO) principles •Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc. Our people and culture Our inclusive culture empowers our people to be who they are, contribute their unique perspectives, and make a difference individually and collectively.
